extend our warmest thanks and appreciation for allowing us to use the area in front of Quail Hollow Village as
one of our designated meetings locations for our Walk to School Day on April 8, 2009.
Your kindness in supporting our event will be fondly remembered. Everyone had a great time walking to school
that day thanks to your cooperation.

We have known Tim Bobroske for almost twenty years. We chose Tim to build our commercial and residential
building on Route 6 in Bristol. Throughout the construction process Tim was helpful and instructive. He
skillfully guided us through several challenging aspects of our site development and was always professional,
responsive, and diligent during the project. We recently had and emergency drainage problem at our building.
We called Tim and although he was busy with other projects he immediately responded and helped us to
quickly repair the situation. Tim takes great pride in his work, even well after it has been completed. We would
recommend Tim to anyone who is contemplating a building project and wants quality work done by someone
with talent, skills and expertise.

Dear Tim and Lynne,
A whole year has passed. I want to thank you for accepting me into these apartments a year ago. I just love my
new home and all my new friends. We have a good time together. We watch out for each other. I have had
many people come to visit me this past year and they all say to me, what a lovely apartment I have, and how
nicely you keep the buildings and grounds up. I pray to god that I will have many years in my new home. It
completes this part of my life. Thank you again, you are wonderful people.

Tim Bobroske Construction Services - Quail Hollow Village
Tim Bobroske Construction Service began in 1976 as a chimney sweep company. His tools were a burlap bag,
a rock and a rope. This all lead to bricklaying services when Tim acquired an apprenticeship at Al. Prince Tech
in Hartford, CT. In 1982 Tim began building single family homes and became involved in land development,
and this is when Tim’s wife Lynne joined the company. For the past 12 years together they began building,
designing and managing senior housing developments. In Plymouth Tim and Lynne built Quail Hollow Village, in
New Hartford there is Canterbury Village and in Thomaston, Thomaston Valley Village. Quail
Hollow Village is filled to capacity and is located on North Main St. Terryville. There are five apartment units that
are surrounded by beautiful landscaping and a specialty pond which residents and their families enjoy. Not only
have Tim and Lynn created a beautiful living environment for our residents they have also become very dear
friends to each of them through their caring and compassion.

Praise for a wonderful project in Plymouth
I am writing this letter in regards to Quail Hollow Village in Terryville. Quail Hollow is a senior community
currently being built by the Tim Bobroske Co. This 54 unit apartment complex affords our seniors affordable
housing in an upscale living atmosphere. In January I moved my Mom here from Florida so that she could be
close by but still live independently. I was so impressed with the project that I wanted people to know about it. I
have never encountered two such caring individuals as Tim and Lynne Bobroske. I truly believe that this
project is not all about money but is truly a “project of love”. The Bobroske’s had a vision and have withstood
tough economic times and bureaucratic red tape to see their vision come true. The true benefactors are the
residents of Quail Hollow. I have seen the difference it has made with my Mom, she has flourished in her “new
home” and I have the reassurance of knowing she is in a wonderful environment with people close by.
Tim with Lynne working side by side have put in tremendous hours to make this project happen. They currently
have 16 occupied units which are specially designed for senior living with many well thought out features.
Senior housing need not be basic and generic any longer, Tim and Lynne have put in many special touches to
make the residents feel at home. We all know what an adjustment it can be when a parent or grandparent must
leave their home and go in to an apartment type dwelling. Quail Hollow residents enjoy spacious apartments
some with decks, porches etc. There are flower boxes on the windowsill's that are planted and maintained by a
Garden Club of residents, there is a lovely bridge that leads to a stocked trout pond which can
be enjoyed by residents and their guests. Tim and Lynne pop in on a regular basis whether to “chat” or drop
off chocolate Easter bunnies at Easter, a plant, or a ticket to a dinner in town. It is that “special touch” that lets
the residents know that they care. They have had the school hands come and entertain the residents on the
lawn, they recently had a visit by Congresswoman Nancy Johnson and future events are planned.
These people deserve much praise for a project well done!! Not only are the residents benefiting but the town
is getting valuable tax dollars as well. I hope we see more projects like Quail Hollow on the drawing board; it
should be used as a model for future senior communities.
Our seniors deserve the best and they get it at Quail Hollow!!
