About Us

The Tim Bobroske Company, LLC, was founded in 1976 by Tim Bobroske.

Tim’s first venture was cleaning and fixing chimneys by going door to door in neighborhoods. His wife Lynne joined the business in 2004, thus making it a woman-owned construction company. Throughout its more than 45-year history, The Tim Bobroske company has gained valuable experience in masonry, building single-family homes and commercial properties. Together they have designed and built four Adult Living Communities spanning four communities in Litchfield County.

The communities that they have built, Quail Hollow Village in Terryville, The Residence at Stoneridge in Wolcott, Canterbury Village in New Hartford, and Thomaston Valley Village in Thomaston have inviting living areas, state-of-the-art appliances, beautiful landscaping and are professionally maintained.

Tim and Lynne are devoted to their business as well as their residents. The Bobroske focus on independent living communities provides an attractive, accessible, safe, and affordable option to locations in Litchfield County that are near businesses and other attractions.

Tim and Lynne invite you to view their properties online and schedule an appointment to view their properties. Tim and Lynne hope that you will be one other their newest long-term residents.
